Rockmelon is beautiful when it’s in season. I currently take out the seeds for my bird and then eat the rest for myself and the family. Coles put out fresh half Rockmelons each day.

Very convenient to purchase half a rock melon as I'm able to see if it's ripe enough.

Delicious! I like to get whole melons so I can up a half at a time. This one was ripe and lasted a week or so in the fridge.
