Pineapples have had an incredible season this summer - and fruit is in abundance! The produce available is sweet, juicy and incredibly delicious - not to mention affordable! My local coles had been selling their pineapple halves for $1! The perfect summery snack! Great on its own, perfect in a fruit salad, or even thrown into a spicy taco!
