I recently tried this chest rub ointment as we have all been sick with a cold. It smells great and it did give us some relief but I would like the strength of the ingredients to be stronger as I have tried other chest rubs and I feel I had a better result from them. Good value for price.

my family is on a really tight budget and over winter we use this for chest rubs through to vapor in the humidifier. its about 1/4 of the price of the actual brand and i think just as effective
