Soft inside with a light crust, perfect for rolls or garlic bread. Fresh it’s amazing, but it goes a bit firm the next day. Toasts well though. Simple, classic bakery loaf that does the job without trying too hard.

cannot go past a Vienna, not sliced , I made French toast with it on Sunday and it was a big hit in my house , try it out , yum .

We used this vienna loaf as a cob loaf substitute for a party. it was actually better for the cob loaf. it was crunchy and fresh while be flushy and soft inside
