Absolutely perfect for an easy lunch or dinner to pull together. They’re really decent sized portions, I paired it with a Japanese curry and was a great substitute for chicken katsu. Great flavour, easy to cook. Only wish that the cooking instructions told you to turn it over so both sides were crispy
