This long life skim milk is decent for what it is. It’s super convenient to keep on hand, especially for emergencies or when fresh milk isn’t available. The shelf life is great, and it stores easily in the pantry. That said, the taste is a bit off compared to regular fresh skim milk—slightly thinner and has that subtle "boxed" flavor. Not terrible, just different. It works fine in coffee, cereal, or cooking, but I probably wouldn’t drink it straight. Overall, it’s a solid backup option, but not my first choice for daily use.
