I love the convenience of always having milk on hand, no worries of running out. Skim long life milk is my preferred milk option - I like that it isn’t too creamy, and has a pleasant flavour. It can be used in just any way that full cream milk can be used, with excellent results, whether straight it in cooking and baking.

Good, 1.5 dollar for 1L milk and skim milk, very affordable…. Coles brand. I love getting this every two weeks now for making a coffee, cereals etc

Perfect for those who can’t handle the full cream milk. I use it for work because they only ever stock plant based milk.

So good to keep on hand in your cupboard and use when needed. Good to have and last longer than other milk with short expiry

Reasonable price, Coles long life milk packaging helps milk last longer to finish the whole container in the fridge without milk getting spoiled. Skim milk have less fat than the full creams so it has less calories. Does not taste any different from full cream. Good source of protein and calcuim. You can still enjoy milk without going beyond daily calories limit.
