Yummy sweet potatoes. Good condition with no dirt. Sweet and orange. Made them into fritters. They are very versatile to cook, roast, or steam. Would buy again.

Sweet potatoes contain alot of iron and minerals. Slice and bake with some salt and olive oil. Great as a side with meat or fish
