Another perfect and healthy staple in my cupboard, a very versatile vegetable

My favourite.. mashed roasted steamed baked .. any which way you can cook sweet potatoes as a diabetic they have excellent nutritional value as long as you can retain portion control YUM

These are a little hit and miss on quality in general sweet potatoes are a good option over potatoes with a creamy texture

Sweet potatoes are great tasting and lovely with many meals. I often add them to curry or apricot chicken or eat with a steak. I’d definitely buy them again. They’re very easy to cook too. Either in the microwave or oven are my preferred choice
