What's not to like with sweet potatoes, they can be roasted, boiled, fried and goes perfectly in salads, I eat alot of them and Coles always have fresh stock

Coles sweet potatos rock! I chop them up, coat them in oil and some seasonings and they are perfect in the air fryer. Delicious and crispy!
