Review of Coles Gold Sweet Potatoes 1Kg

Picked up the Coles Gold Sweet Potatoes and they’ve been a solid buy. They roast up beautifully — really sweet, fluffy inside, and they get that nice caramelised edge when baked. I like that they’re usually a good size, easy to peel and prep. The only downside is sometimes the skin can be a bit tough and a few have come out slightly stringy, but nothing major. Overall, great flavour and a good staple to have on hand.
