This pack of sliced mushrooms were fresh and blemish free. I like that the mushrooms come pre - sliced and are ready to cook. These mushrooms were Australian grown, which I value, and had good texture and flavour. I added some of these mushrooms to a pasta sauce - but they could be added to various dishes and are a versatile, healthy addition in the kitchen. 5 stars!
