Baby Cos lettuce is my go to lettuce in supermarkets. It’s always fresh and crispy, and lasts a long time in the fridge. I rarely have to throw out a withered leaf. Coles cos lettuce is Australian grown as well. It’s a shame it comes in plastic, which I recycle.

Cos lettuce is my favourite for salads. I find it lasts in the fridge and gives a nice juicy crunch to your salad. It is easy to chop up into small pieces or leave as large depending on what you prefer for salad.
