I used these in burgers and wraps. They tend to stay fresher than iceberg. They are a good-sized leaf for a sandwich, and I find it crunchier too. They are the same price as iceberg most of the time. They work really well in a lettuce-based salad like Caesar, not as bitter as iceberg.
