Review of Baby Cos Lettuce

nutritionally better than iceberg but you do need to look carefully at the product in the packet because i have had instances where it has been stored too long and the leaves have turned brown on the outside. needs to be washed before use to rid it of any dirt/grit. more often than not, it is crisp and of medium flavour (a little more earthy than iceberg). the leaves are perfect used as a boat to hold your taco mince or even a mini waldorf salad, yum!
