The Baby Cos Lettuce was fresh, crisp, and very good quality. The leaves were bright green and clean with no signs of wilting. It worked perfectly for salads and wraps because the leaves are small and tender. The texture is crunchy and the taste is mild and refreshing. The packaging kept it fresh and it was easy to store in the fridge.
