this is a fantastic Cake for when you need something quick to celebrate a birthday or even just for a morning tea. The sponge is very soft and the overall cake taste fantastic. Well worth the price I highly recommend.

take the fact that this is nearly consumed already as a sign that it is good. this cake somehow manages to stay moist and the cream fluffy for days in the fridge. great for the kiddos.

The icing is slightly too sickly sweet but it is delicious overall and nice when fresh.
