Decent salad mix for when I cannot be bothered chopping up lettuce. Not a big fan of the cabbage, but I guess it has more nutrients than just iceberg lettuce.

this iceberg salad blend is good for lunch. you can add fruit like apple, banana, strawberry, and etc. it is healthy to have it for lunch.
