this is a basic mix of iceberg lettuce, carrot and purple cabbage but it makes a good base, adding extra ingredients to build a more interesting salad. I always rinse this mix then store in a container because these salad bags will go off very quickly if you keep them in the packaging.

very reasonable price for the convienience of this mix. great for salad and sandwiches/rolls/wraps for a great crisp freshness. always on a good special too

goes bad quickly especially if not stored right. best to wash and put in a container as it sweats in bag
