Excellent combination of lettuce, carrot, and cabbage. A nice change from just leaves.

it's a good mix for salad sandwiches but only stays fresh 12 hrs after opening it, so needs to be use once open.

This is a great salad mix. It has a little bit of everything in it - lettuce, carrot, red cabbage. Its simple and versatile and I generally add cucumber, tomato, capsicum and grated cheese. It’s great for the price and it has a reasonable fridge life. The serve is okay and I generally get two complete meals per bag.
