a great grains choice with the whole piece of oat . it’s multi purpose , I use it for my porridge, cakes , overnight oats and other stuff to recipes some starch in the recipe.

Coles Rolled Oats are very nice for breakfast, my husband has them with yoghurt or maple syrup on top & is enjoying them in the morning. Very cheap to buy, 100% wholegrain, great source of protein & fibre
