A good, cheap, versatile pantry staple. I use it for porridge and to thicken up smoothies. I also like that it is whole oats, not ground, as you know what you're getting.

Rolled oats has to be in part of your diet daily. It is very nutritious and very easy to prepare. You can have it for your breakfast, smoothies and even to make cakes!!!. I highly recommend this product.
