Good old plain flour as a pantry staple. Generic supermarket brand and very reasonably priced. This is good for making things where quality or the taste of the flour does not really matter. There are definitely better wheat flour out there, but this would do for the price.

just good white plain flour for a good price. I’ve never had any wevels or anything nasty in there and it’s not full of lumps or anything, no weird tastes and works just as well as the name brand does
