Good quality flour for a reasonable price. You don't realise the quality until you try others, Aldis ones don't hold together very well

Good old plain flour as a pantry staple. Generic supermarket brand and very reasonably priced. This is good for making things where quality or the taste of the flour does not really matter. There are definitely better wheat flour out there, but this would do for the price.
