This is a no nonsense multipurpose plain flour. we use it to bake cakes and making flat breads. While white flour is less nutritious than wholemeal it is tastier! Sometimes we blend in a little plain flour to wholemeal when we make flat breads.

basic home brand flour from coles, cost me $1.30 so just flour i think we don't need name brand for that. mostly use this for frying but can also use to make pastry, cake or even pasta noodles.
