Cheap and does the job. Not great for more complex baking like croissants but is fine for most uses.

A great flour to use for baking, bread making, or anything else you need flour for.

What can I say, the flour does its job. I do wish it comes in a resealable package. I had to transfer to a jar to keep fresh.
