This is the first time I’ve purchased a 2kg bag I believe, and it’s been really handy! I do go through quite a bit of flour these days so this might become the new standard for flour size. Good flour, paper packaging is eco friendly and easy enough to open and move into a different air tight container when necessary.

We love our island donuts, we have found that this flour works better, it gives a more fluffy texture and does not take long to rise with the yeast.
