It is a basic white bread. It is soft and has a nice texture. The bread is good to toast for regular breakfast. Good overall appearance with even browning.

really fresh bread. super soft and with mice flavour. last a week in the fridge though after day 5 I would recommend only using it for toast

This bread tastes great for the first few days after purchasing however the shelf life isn't great. I have found this only lasts a couple of days then a new loaf needs to be purchased.
