What can I say about cap mushrooms? They’re so versatile and replace meat in our household. They can be used raw or baked or cooked or fried. Great source of protein no animal abuse.

Lasts longer than the cut up cap mushrooms and generally last longer than the best before date if stored properly. Usually very little dirt and debris on them too.
