We got this one as you can do halloumi burgers out of it and it’s delicious. It was our first time trying them and we loved it. The slices are quite thin, but we used 2 for each burger and it was to die for. It comes 15 slices in this package which was a great deal and we will freeze them as there are too many for only two people.

How good are Mushys especially when there fresh. Throw them in your favorite spag bowl or great in a casserole. Get them when there on special.

These button mushrooms are very versatile with a mild, earthy flavor and firm texture. They are also relatively affordable and widely available, making them a convenient and accessible food choice. Today I am using them in the slow cooker with lamb shanks. On their own I cook them in butter. Cons: can be expensive in the supermarket compared to the food markets where I buy them at half the price.

Always a must have in our household, we literally add mushroom to everything. Prefer the fuller cup to cut to size preferred as already cut up ones shrink once cooked.
