The mushrooms were pink and firm and no soft ones in the pack..I put some in a salad and they had a nice taste. the rest went into a stew to enhance flavour of it.

Cup mushrooms such a handy little packet to have in your fridge you can whip up a yummy omelette with them put them in your dinner make some gravy so many different meals you can prepare with cup mushrooms there must have I think anyway
