Coles Cup Mushrooms are a reliable and fresh choice for everyday cooking. The mushrooms come neatly packed, and most of them are firm, clean, and ready to slice or cook straight away. They have a nice earthy aroma and add great texture to stir fries, pasta, or breakfast dishes.

Though these cup mushrooms are always fresh when I buy them, I tend to need to take them out of the packaging when I get them home and transfer them to a paper bag, otherwise they become spotted and soggy in a matter of days. I'd recommend only buying these if they're your only option or if you're going to eat them the same day. Otherwise just buy loose cup mushrooms.
