Review of Cup Mushrooms

I love the versatility of mushrooms. my favourite way to cook them is frying them in butter, nothing else, let the mushroom shine. I also use them in casseroles, soups and pasta. They have a decent shelf life when kept in the fridge. I prefer to buy these mushrooms loose as prepackaged like this is more expensive and the plastic wrapping is not good.
