These cup mushrooms are consistently fresh, firm, and full of that earthy flavour that makes them perfect for just about anything whether breakfast fry-ups, pasta, stir-fries, or tossed raw into a salad. They don’t get slimy too quickly (a small miracle), and they brown beautifully when cooked.
