Cole’s Cup Mushroom is honestly a great little find—fresh, earthy, and surprisingly flavorful for something so simple. The texture is just right, not too chewy or soggy, and it works really well whether you’re adding it to a dish or enjoying it on its own. You can tell it’s good quality, and it feels like one of those ingredients that quietly elevates whatever you’re cooking without trying too hard. Definitely something I’d keep buying.
