the crumpets have been nice and fluffy although check your expiry dates as I bought a packet by accident that was expiring on the day and it was full of mould

Coles Round Crumpets are fluffy, toast up beautifully, and honestly? I can’t taste the difference compared to the name brands. They’re affordable, soak up butter like a dream, and make an easy, cosy brekkie win.

I tried the Crumpet Rounds 6 pack and thought they were soft and nicely textured right out of the toaster. They toasted up with a light crisp on the outside while staying tender inside, which made them great with butter, jam, or cheese. The size was useful for quick snacks, breakfast, or for kids’ lunchboxes. I’d buy them again when I want an easy base for sweet or savoury toppings.

While these are not as good as Golden Crumpets at the price point the hit the mark. The shelf life I find is also shorter as they tend to become firm and dense after a couple of days so best eaten within a day or two of purchase.

Great value crumpets. About half the price of brand name ones. Not quite as soft in the middle but still taste. Quick and easy to toast and eat with sweet or savoury toppings
