Really good quality however because it’s frozen i recommend thawing it completely and then frying in a dry pan to remove extra moisture.

With the price of vegetables rising, we find it more convenient and less expensive to use frozen cauliflower. We place the required amount in a Pyrex dish drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of you favourite herbs cover and cook about 7 minutes vegetables ready
