The frozen broccoli florettes are an absolute timesaver. I always have a bag in the cupboard in the freezer. I have no artificial colours or flavours. No preservatives 99% free so they are the equivalent of buying a fresh piece of broccoli but have the convenience I’ve been able to have it on hand all the time. Take a couple of minutes in the microwave to heat up.

i’ve been eating so much broccoli lately. It’s such a pain to keep washing it all the time so I really like to grab a bag of these sometimes. You have to be careful not to cook it too long because then they taste disgusting and the consistency is gross.

I find this really handy for a green healthy veg to add into most dinners. I dont a fresh broccoli can turn bad really quickly and this is just as good.
