I love this oil for shallow & deep frying. It’s light and doesn’t have a horrible after taste like some oils do. It’s also good for stir frys when you don’t want a heavily flavoured oil.

It's a very good product, which i daily use for my cooking. The only thing that could be better is that it can have a plastic casing on top so oil doesn't drip when i pour them into the pan or other dispensers.

Why pay more for good vegetable oil when you can buy Coles brand oil. Sunflower oil is great for your cholesterol and the best of all cooking oils. We love the flavour and use this in place of other cooking oils to prepare our meals.
