I purchased this product as a dairy substitute, and I found it to have a creamy consistency. While I would not recommend it for brewing in coffee, I did find that it worked well as a flavoring agent for tea. Additionally, it was acceptable when used in breakfast cereals and as a topping for desserts.

pros: cheap, goes with any foods like cereal or matcha or smoothie. good for those who cannot take dairy. cons: can be blend for some people.
