These Hamburger rolls are incredibly soft and light and remains so even after frozen. I just reheat them in the microwave and they will be soft and fluffy again. I like to grill them a little before making burgers so the outside is slightly crispy but the inside remains soft. I also like how flexible they are, and they don’t crumble or rip easily even when there are a lot of fillings.
