The Coles half cauliflower is really convenient, especially for smaller households or when you don’t need a whole one. It’s usually fresh, with tight florets and a clean white colour. I like that it saves prep time and reduces waste.

great price however not always fresh, need to triple check in store as can be quick to turn. we add as a side dish or into salads.

I buy Brussels sprouts regularly and this Coles pack is usually fresh and good quality. The sprouts are firm and green, with minimal waste once trimmed. I normally roast them in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper, or add them to stir-fries. They cook evenly and keep a nice texture when prepared properly. the cauliflowers from Coles Supermarkets are always fresh and generally they are of a good size, offering value for money. these are a dinner staple in our house so a weekly purchase that we can always confidently make at Coles. highly recommend.

This Coles bough cauliflower was fresh, crunchy, and delicous. I cooked this cauliflower in a cheesy bake, but it is versatile and would be delicious in salads, rice, or pasta dishes. I like that this cauliflower was grown in Australia so I can trust in its quality. Nutritious, versatile, and delicious. 5 stars!
