This Lettuce is one of my favorite leafy vegetables to use in salads. Add in diced cucumbers, tomatoes, some nuts or seeds, thinly sliced red onions, cubed firm tofus and then drizzle some home made sesame dressing. Nothing beats fresh and crisp lettuce. Yummy!
