lettuce is juicy and hold water which heips hydrates the bodyand also it high in fibre and antioxidant. i love it in every salad

lettuce is good quality and very fresh from Woolworths. price varies a lot though. great for sandwich and salad. cruch and refreshing. keep buying them when cheap and fresh.
