I've been buying Coles Lite Milk regularly and I must say, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking to balance taste with health. The milk has a wonderfully creamy texture despite being low in fat, which is great for my morning coffee and cereals.

Nice product ! Using this last 1 year no complaints

If you want less fat in your tea or coffee then go for it becaus it has less fat.I am on diet so I prefer it, It has thin tendency as compare to full cream milk
