I'd say this is a solid everyday skim milk. It’s light and clean-tasting, not watery, and still has a bit of creaminess without the heaviness. Works well in tea and coffee and is fine on cereal too. Nothing fancy, just a reliable option if you want something lower fat that still tastes decent.
