Cant say value for money but, for a cheap branded product this milk is the best. Creamy milk and doesnt go off before it expiry date. Nothing bad to say about this milk.

This Coles full cream milk offers nutritional benefits, a creamy taste, and it is high in saturated fat and calories which is perfect for my diet in morning breakfast for my cereals. This Coles Full Cream Milk is a natural source of high-quality protein and calcium which is essential for my bones and muscles. However, this Full cream milk has around 3.3% total fat, with 2.4% being saturated fat per 100ml, this makes it a significant source of saturated fat in the diet which is not needed much in my diet. Also, I assumed it has unappealing texture some-time which is not liked by my family.
