milk is just a necessity that everyone needs. It’s for breakfast coffee tea you need to bake. You need it for anything basically unless lactose intolerant it’s not very good for your gut. That’s the only bad thing.

I mainly use the milk for hot drinks and baking. It is a reasonable price and does the job. I think if you were looking for a milk to do with health wise I would look at something else.

all australian milk to me is very good, even the cheapest coles brand milk, is creamy, rich milk flavour and affordable! and cuz i’m living alone cheap price with 1L milk is perfect for using alone!
