These orange coloured vegies are packed with vitamins, especially when eaten raw. You'll find my 2 pooches mulching on a carrot 🥕🥕 daily I'll grate them into my salad 🥗 add them to stir frys and casseroles yummy roasted or steam slightly Either way The Almighty carrot is a must in my veggie crisper I always soak my fruit and vegies in water and vinegar to remove many residues and they taste much better.

Nice and crisp with a good crunch, these were fresh enough to snack on raw and held their texture well when roasted. Sweet without being watery, and the 1kg pack is handy for meal prep and stir-fries through the week.
