The grains stay nice and separate if you get the water right, which I appreciate. It’s also affordable and easy to find, which makes it a practical choice. Only downside is the quality can be a bit inconsistent between batches, sometimes slightly more broken grains, but overall it does the job well and is great value for everyday meals.
